Situation: The organization was facing operational inefficiencies, resulting in the allocation of valuable resources to repetitive, manual tasks. Task was to copy and paste system alerts from system A to B, as they are not integrated. This hindered overall productivity and required the involvement of multiple full-time employees (FTEs) for routine processes.

Task : The goal was to find a creative solution that complies with government regulations prohibiting the integration of both systems in any way, while still automating these processes to decrease manual work and allocate resources to more valuable tasks.
